The house manager shops for the food you require dayly. Prepare you shopping list in the afternoon and the fridge will be stocked fresh from the market early next morning. He can also arrange for special gamelan (traditional) music at the swimming pool and keep you informed about Balinese ceremonies in the neighborhood which foreigners may be allowed to attend.
You will find plenty of linen and (pool)towels in the rooms.
